Every service agreement is a journey for Georges Quality, and we set our standards high. We present our expertise honestly, plan out the details, and pivot with ease if the project requires changes.
Our journey to achieve quality in our service begins with honest conversations, first on the phone then at the site for an in-person consultation with our clients. We listen for keywords and subjects to help us understand our client’s needs. We ask plenty of questions and listen closely to the answers allowing our clients to feel understood and prioritized. We honestly detail our services and communicate the services we do not currently offer in our conversations. These beginning conversations act as a compass that points the project in the right direction.
After some honest conversations about the project, we then plan and estimate what it would take to complete it. We type out an estimate with the cost listed and the detailed service. We list all our payment terms and what we expect from our clients and detail how we plan on meeting expectations. We call our clients if we have any further concerns and initiate other needed conversations. Once the estimate is complete, we email it to our client with a start date and a time frame. The start date given to our clients might only be valid for a certain amount of time after the estimate is complete. The estimate usually forms as the contract our client signs, and we follow its directions closely throughout a project.
Sometimes the compass points in the right direction, and the map is thoughtfully drawn, but the project still runs into rough seas. When complications arise, we make sure there is an open line of communication between the client and us. If the contract needs to be adjusted and we must choose an alternate path, we pause and conversate honestly about solutions and possible cost differences. Once we reach a solution and the contract is adjusted and signed again, we commence our journey.

A project finished with quality is a treasure to everyone involved. We walk the job with our clients and ensure they are pleased with the results of our journey together. We pride ourselves on rectifying any final misunderstandings. We assure our clients that we are always one call away if they ever need anything else from us or if any issue arises from the previous project. We make it a priority to check up periodically with former clients. For us, the end of one journey is only the beginning of the next.
